What personal data we process

On our website we may process the following personal data:

  • data entered in the form, in particular your name, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided) and any other information you choose to share with us,

  • technical data about your website visit, such as IP address, browser type, language, referring page, time of access and, where applicable, behaviour on the website (e.g. navigation, clicks), collected via third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel),

  • cookies and device identifiers, if you have consented to their use via the cookie banner.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

  • handling your query or enquiry,

  • further communication in connection with the services offered.

The legal basis for processing is:

  • the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – responding to your query,

  • or, where applicable, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Personal data retention period

We retain personal data:

  • for the period strictly necessary to handle your query,

  • but for no longer than 3 years from our last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established between us.

Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

  • providers of IT and web hosting services who provide the technical infrastructure for our website,

  • operators of analytics and marketing tools that we use in accordance with your consent (see below).

All processing is governed by contract and carried out in accordance with the GDPR. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, with the exception of third-party tools whose operators may be based outside the EU (e.g. Google, Meta), and only on the basis of your consent.

Analytics and marketing tools

Our website may use third-party tools for analytics and marketing purposes, such as:

  • Google Analytics – measuring traffic and user behaviour,

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) – measuring conversions and targeting advertising on social networks.

These tools may use cookies, which are activated only on the basis of your consent given via the cookie banner.
Once activated, data may be processed, including IP addresses, device identifiers or behaviour on the website.

Data subject rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request the rectification or erasure of your personal data,

  • request the restriction of processing,

  • object to processing,

  • obtain a copy of the data processed (right to data portability),

  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).

Your personal data are protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, misuse or loss.
